Hello, my name is Vrinda Raj and I am 21 years old. I belong to Uttar Pradesh, India and live in thecity of Ghaziabad. I’ve graduated from my senior high school in 2015 and currently pursuing law (BBA LLB) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), New Delhi, graduating in May’20.

I’ve spent my childhood in various cities of Uttar Pradesh. Since my father is a Serviceman, we have always been travelling from one city to another. I’ve completed my schooling from five different schools and it sure has been a long journey for an introvert like me. Yet I’ve learned a lot and had some amazing experiences in life. The places which are close and special to me are Ghaziabad and Agra. I’ve spent 8 major years of my life there and it was beautiful living in The City of Taj.

The most that I’ve learned from these places was the culture of each and every city. It came to a surprise for me experiencing such cultural variations within one state in itself and I’m just overwhelmed with the opportunities I got to experience them. My passion for food started majorly when I graduated from my senior high school. It wasn’t only about eating and exploring food but also about cooking and baking too. So, in 2018 I started my own Instagram blog by the name of “Foodies In Team” with one of my close friend. Unfortunately things didn’t turned out as they should have been, hence by the end of October’18 I was handling the page by my own and changed its name to “Epicurean Palette” ( https://www.instagram.com/epicureanpalette/ ) . Since then, there’s a lot that I’ve learned about the blogging community and the world of food. My baking and cooking skills have enhanced as well, therefore I decided to share them with you all.

So the question which you might still have is, what is in here store for you? Well, I am not only going to share my honest reviews of the places I visit and the food I order, but also the recipes of the dishes I ordered and my journey in the blogging community. My motive is to provide the best experience for my audience, from an honest review of a restaurant to the reality of the community. I want to impart my knowledge and experiences with people, rather than earning mere fame or recognition. Hence, I’ve planned a lot for this blog and wish for all your love and support.
